At Paal 28 no ready-made mix ends up in your glass. We squeeze the citrus fresh, cut the fruit to order and shake every cocktail the moment you order it.

Classics like the mojito and the espresso martini, alongside our own creations with a Texel twist. And of course mocktails: just as fresh, simply without alcohol.

Enjoy it on the terrace with your feet in the sand and the North Sea in front of you. That's the real recipe.
